Derek Anderson is in another league than Brady Quinn.

Anderson's also playing with the team down 27-3. That's why everyone loves the backup. They usually come in when the game is out of hand and the other team's defense changes to a softer strategy.

He does look better than Quinn and I haven't seen any other Browns games to say Quinn just had a bad game, but comparing them here is a bit unfair too. And that dump off pass and Anderson's trip over the imaginary player tell a part of the story too.

This is the best Quinn has looked.

Anderson can make an NFL throw, Quinn cannot. Neither of them are legit NFL QB's.

I agree, and we already knew that. So I guess I'm wondering why anyone would be happy that DA was put in the game. Quinn hasn't looked good but might as well see if he can figure it out. It's not like the team is a QB away from being a SB contender. And if you're going to pull him, don't do it when the team's already down 27-0 (especially if he's only part of the reason). Game's over. Let him try to straighten things out against the softer defense. Either he does better and can carry that into next week, or he doesn't and they can start DA next week. Pulling him just wasn't a smart decision.
