He did it on the Lions. That should negate any * anyone should feel would have otherwise been worthy.

Yeah he's a rookie so you expect him to make mistakes, especially being on a bad team. He's shown flashes of brilliances and at times he's shown that he is definitely a rookie. Jerome Bettis wrote a really good article on Monday kind of comparing Stafford to Peyton as a rookie. Sometimes he does something special, but then he goes and throws 3 interceptions to the same guy. Wish I still had the link.
