Bucs v Panthers (Now w/less Jake!)

2 of the biggest disappointments in the league. But also 2 bitter rivals.

For only the second time all year I feel confident that my Buccaneers will win a damn football game.

23-17 Bucs!

I don't see how the Bucs are one of the "biggest disappointments in the league". Who seriously expected them to be good this year? New coach, new players, new everything. They're a whole new team this year. In the middle of a rebuilding process. I think Freeman has looked good, especially given what's around him.

The Panthers on the other hand, I expected to be a disappointment. Giving Jake that contract was mind boggling to me. He's done. Every time he's on the field, they stand a greater chance of losing the game. They're a solid team with a GREAT running game, they just really really need a QB.

DeAngelo Williams is inactive for today's game. I am starting to like the Bucs' chances more and more.

Stewart can still run circles around Tampa though

I was really looking forward to this game because I knew anything was possible with Delhomme at QB and now I don't even that. Here's to hoping for a W.

Yeah, it's not like Jonathan Stewart can't put up 150 on you any given week.

I think Deangelo being out is a blessing in disguise. Fox will have to have Moore throw the ball more, so hopefully if he puts up an average performance he will take Jake's job!
