JaMarcus won't consider a pay cut

i think the dude is arrogant and this just shows hes all about the money maybe if he thought he was good he could take a pay cut and make his contract more on playing goals, if he does get cut he will get no where NEAR the contract hes getting or the money. Jamarcus Will be a project as a backup.

This guy simply doesn't get it. It's about the money to him. He doesn't care. Even when talking about Bruce Gradkowski, he didn't give Bruce any credit. He said it was all about the receivers making plays, which is another way of taking the blame off of him.. basically saying that when he was the starter, the receivers weren't making plays. lol. I'm honestly stunned at this guy. It's all a joke. He's a joke. And the Raiders are a joke if they keep him around next year.

Al Davis won't allow Russell to remain on the bench for long. I say within 2 weeks even with the Raiders winning, Davis will demand Russell start.

Why?

If its "just win baby" then he would be making a huge mistake. I mean they beat Philly and the Steelers with Russell sitting. What more does he want with the little talent they already have!? If Al starts Russell again then he doesn't really want his team to be able to compete. You have to compete before you can win and the Raiders are doing that for the most part.

Actually Russell was starting when they beat Philly. They beat Cincy and the Steelers with him sitting.
