Straight up who you you rather have and why who was better? Because i frankly it is to hard for me to choose

I think if you look at stats, TO had always been in the lead until the last couple of years when Moss was with NE.

Both players are boom/bust in a sense, but IMO, I'd rather have TO mainly because of his competitive nature & unwilligness to slack off... we can't really say that for Randy. Moss has always been known as a "play when I want" type of player but that has never been stated about TO. He worked himself from being a skinny kid out of a small school into one of the best (statistic-wise) WRs of all time while Moss simply road his athleticism into greatness -- no knock on him.

Better? I'd go with Randy Moss, and most of it was just plain physical gifts because for much of his career he wasn't a solid route runner. He's improved his route-running since getting a little older but I expected that to happen.

In their prime I'm guessing would be Moss with Minnesota, so I'm taking him.

Eh, he still runs lazy routes and I bet he still takes plays off but because he's had such a great QB in Tom Brady he can get away with it because the ball will invariably be a perfectly thrown one.

In their prime I would take a young Randy Moss. The man was a freak of nature and if he had more dedication he'd be even better which is hard to imagine.

At their absolute best, I'd take Moss.

I would take Moss in his prime (Viking years).

He ran about 3 routes, and was uncoverable, he could high point the ball like no one I had seen before. Double teams did nothing to slow his production. He was immature and had a ton of baggage from college, but he was a monster when that ball was in the air.
