They just don't care about football. The proof is in the pudding. No exec worth $5 would move the team up there for anything more than what they're doing now after seeing what fans up there are like.

And you can't really claim they haven't been interesting games. Pre-season games were against the Colts and Steelers, and regular season games so far have been the Dolphins, Jets, and now the Bears. Dolphins and Jets are AFC east rivals.

In a vaccuum they're interesting games, especially for us Bills fans but to the general audience seeing a crappy (to the masses) football team playing against better teams isn't so great a ticket. The problem was how Rogers marketed the whole thing in the first place by going with prices that were through the roof in a bad economy. They've slashed the prices greatly this year so it'll be interesting to see what the crowd is like. I haven't heard anything about papering the crowd like last year though which is a good thing.
