LOL this game is just bizarre. Two fake punts, two challenges, an awful pass interference call and a huge screw-up from the refs.

The first TD catch (To Moeaki) that was reviewed was third down. Somehow the refs screwed up and didn't realize the Chiefs got a first down on that play. So they said it was fourth down. Then they didn't figure it out until after the Chiefs had run another play.
