Can someone with the power (players, coaches, owners, etc) speak up and say something about this defensive pass interferences that is being called!!! It is just down right unfair to the defensive players. Did yall see the one called in OT in the San Fran v. St. Louis game!!! The receiver went out, the qb threw the ball in, the receiver trys to adjust to a bad pass, and runs into the db, and they call pass interference on the dback, that aint right!!!
And the one called on Dallas cb McCann, Manning over throws the ball, the receiver dives for it and bam, PI defense!

Am I the only one who thinks this aint fair?

He's right though, like the one that DIDN'T get called on Dallas when Manningham got knocked from the back at the goal line and never got a chance to jump for it.

Why didnt you just bump one of your old threads since its the same topic? There are always going to be questionable calls and the league likes high-scoring games.

You can thank Bill Polian and Manning. Polian I believe is on the rules committee, so nothing will change.

Not sure what Manning has to do with this and I'm pretty sure Polian isn't the only one sitting at the table making the rules. Pretty naive to put it all on Polian.

Regardless, something needs to change. And not just PI, plenty of other rules need to be looked at. Last weeks Eagles/Colts game was a disgusting display of refereeing and rules ruining the game.
