Re: AFC Wild Card: Ravens @ Chiefs

I think the Chiefs are in great hands under Scott Pioli but I don't think their time is now. I have the Ravens winning this one.

Matt Cassel will be the reason the Chiefs lose. It won't be about the mistakes he made, but the plays that he DIDN'T make.

I feel the same way about Joe Flacco when they will eventually play the Steelers/Patriots.

Cassel hasn't really lost games like that this year, it's been WRs dropping passes that have killed us in a couple when it came to the passing game being at fault, outside of the Oakland game.

Not sure where you are getting this information but Ngata will most likely play. The person who is questionable is Ed Reed in light of recent personal events involving his brother.

Probably just from the injury report, and if they'd 'probably' play they'd be listed as probable.

Quote:
Outside linebacker Terrell Suggs (right knee), defensive tackle Haloti Ngata (thigh) and free safety Ed Reed (ribs) are questionable for Baltimore, but all three players are expected to start.

Suggs and Ngata returned to practice after being held out Wednesday and Thursday, but were limited.

Also listed as questionable: inside linebackers Tavares Gooden (dislocated left shoulder) and Dannell Ellerbe (shoulder stinger), cornerback Josh Wilson (left shoulder stinger) and safety Tom Zbikowski (bulging disc in his back).

Inside linebacker Jameel McClain (back) participated fully and is probable as well as wide receivers Derrick Mason (ankle, abs) and David Reed (torn left wrist ligament), center Matt Birk (left knee) and offensive tackle Michael Oher (sprained right knee, ankle).

The Chiefs removed wide receiver Dwayne Bowe (illness) from the injury report.

Offensive guard Brian Waters (illness) and wide receiver Quinten Lawrence (illness) are probable.

Re: AFC Wild Card: Ravens @ Chiefs

Bowe was taken off the injury report the other day so it's pretty much a lock that he'll play, barring any setbacks.

Hopefully the Ravens win, now that the Jets have beaten the Colts.

If the Pats can get by the Jets, I'd rather see the Steelers and Ravens beat each other up.
