Idk Mcnabb isn't top 10 QB for me and i'm not even sure about top 15, out of all the hundreds of guys in the NFL I don't think i'd put him on a top 100 list of players right now, different conversation if were including overall body of work through a career.

I think players are voting McNabb in the top 100 list because some of these guys have only played against/with McNabb while he was an eagle. So they could be judging him based on their last encounter they had with him.

Also like what SouthernBrick said, put him in a better situation and if McNabb plays in a system he is more familiar and comfortable with, surround him with better offensive players, then I could somewhat see McNabb play as a top 100 player.

Well, if they're doing that then I guess I should expect to see Brett Favre somewhere up in the Top 50 then simply because "he's the good old Boy from the South having fun" SMH.

Since the list isn't most productive 100 players of 2011. I have no problem with McNabb being there. Most of his issues was the team around him and an a-hole head coach. I'm certain Mc5 has a great year next year.

I'm assuming that there's going to be at least 10 Quarterbacks on this list and if that is the case, then I seriously like to know what some of these players were smokin on when they put McNabb on here because he doesn't deserve to be mentioned based on his performance of last year.

Having the players vote makes this nothing more but a popularity contest imo.

If anyone is interested in how players voted and seeing which positions scored the highest among the top 100, then you should check these videos out.

Its not only players it's coaches too if I'm not mistaken but, it's better than fans or writers voting. I'm glad they did this for just the players. Do you really want fans voting for this?

I mean they do have one for the fans but, it would god awful if fans were allowed to do the official vote or even sports writers. I'm glad anyone not playing or coaching in the NFL isn't allowed to vote.

I really think no matter who votes part of it if not all of it is a popularity contest but, I mainly think it's just partly a popularity contest.
