Patriots - C.

Worst ****ing defense. Embarrassingly bad. Makes me hate watching the games.

But, thanks to Brady they're a game up in the division so I can't grade them any lower because they've been miserable to watch most of the time.

The offensive line problems and the defense giving up a few more big plays than I'd like to see dropped them down. Also, in my eyes, they have to be ahead of the Packers (or at least beat them at home) to be considered for an A effort.

B. They're 7-3 and in control of the division but haven't been consistent and lost to the ****ing Rams. The good thing is that they haven't been blown out in any of the losses and against both Green Bay and Tampa, got within a yard to a couple yards of tying at the end of those games. The defense has looked really bad at times but has played just mediocre enough to keep teams from scoring on every possession, which is all they really need to do since the offense is capable of scoring almost as fast as they want to.

C+

We have played the toughest schedule in the NFL. The offense has been improving these past few weeks, under the pleasantly surprising play of Tavaris Jackson and Marshawn Lynch running like he did at Cal. The offensive line and defense have improved. We're one of the youngest teams in the NFL, and have big wins over NY Giants and Baltimore.

However, we're still sitting at 3-6 with inexplicable loss to Cleveland and I honestly think we should have beaten Atlanta and should be 5-4 at this point.

A D+ maybe a C-

We started the season off well but we have just done awful since then. I'll cry if we don't draft a good QB next year there are so many prospects.

Houston: B+ (maybe A considering the loss of Andre and Mario)

That grade will probably stay the same even without Schaub because I still think we can win the division without him this year. Unfortunately we will probably lose in the first round of the playoffs without him though.

Defense B+
If they could only score when they get them.

Offense D-
its maurice or nothing, even Tim Tebow puts us to shame.

Overall C- we have 3 wins somehow

-Secondary is preforming well above expectations.
-D-Line is making passing the ball a nightmare for opponents.
-Titus Young is looking great, and should only get better.
-Calvin Johnson is making amazing catches as usual.
-Maurice Morris looks improved over last year.
-Playing great in the second half.

The Bad

-Penalties penalties penalties!!!! Need fewer
-The Offensive Line has not been improved on, and is failing to give Stafford adequate time against pass rushing defenses
-Team needs to shake this "bad boy" additude and get rid of it
-D-Line is not shutting down the run game
-Running back corps is weak, mostly due to injury.
-Offense starts off slow.
I agree with this (including the grade) for the most part, but I will expand.

The Good:
-D line good against the run in short yardage
-We haven't lost to any bad teams
-Until last week, we were great in redzone offense and turnover ratio

The Bad:
-The defense gives up too many long runs
-Special teams other than Hanson have been bad
-Without Best and LeShoure the offense is too inconsistent, although if most team lost their two best HBs they may be in trouble
