What about Thomas DeCoud? He's been the Falcons' starting FS for 3 seasons now.

He's soft against the run. An not very good in coverage. Every time I see a big play he's usually messing up. Now our other safety Moore, he's always around the ball. He's also always hurt....

Oh ok. Just curious that's all. Really don't know much about DeCoud, so it was nice to hear an opinion about him.

Yea personal I feel he is the definition of average. We aren't good against the pass anyways an he makes no difference so I don't mind letting him walk. He can stay as long as the contract is reasonable.

Re: 2012 Free Agency/Offseason Movement Thread

I don't want Routt. We already have Williams(showed good flashes), McKelvin(former 1st rounder) and Florence(played amazing in 2009, 2010. This year we had no pass rush, and he was always with other team top receiver, can't blame him).

Raiders asking Seymour and Wimbley for restructure. These two i would totally want, we really need a new pass-rusher.
For Browns fans, when Wimbley was there the Browns were 3-4 or 4-3?

And the guy on CBS said the Bills is the best fit for Super Mario. Mario - Dareus - Williams - ? would be amazing, even if we don't know who is the ?. Edwards is a 3-4 guy, so he's probable gone.

@JKolba NFL Rumors will start heating up next week. One rumor i do have is : Mario Williams will be recruited heavily by the Bills / Raider

Would be nice to get Finnegan in Detroit, but Schwartz better keep him level headed.

Avril and Johnson both need to be signed long term for sure.

Are there any good linebackers projected to hit the FA Market?

Seymour would love to be cut, his 2nd year just became guaranteed a couple days ago. They'd save some cap I think but they're paying him $15m of his 2 year $30m contract this year either way.

Guess McKenzie didn't think that was an "out of wack" contract.

Re: 2012 Free Agency/Offseason Movement Thread

Who are some wide receivers out there other than Manningham? If we go through free agency without adding some offensive talent (especially at WR) my head might explode.
