the Jets screwed up pushing Wilson too fast when he undoubtedly needed another season carrying a clipboard, but he still has great potential imo to be the Jets future face and a nice little qb, providing they bring him around at the right pace. hopefully this will set him back on track for being a starter for years to come

Wilson definitely ain't no Trubiskey. that's still the worst top 5 qb draft choice headscratcher I've ever seen

In the same timeframe, Trubisky has better numbers across the board than Wilson does so I'm not sure about this.

Jamarcus Russell and Akili Smith would have you hold their beers, but they already turned it over to the other team.

Re: NFL Off Topic

Buffalo elevating Xavier Rhodes, sending Christian Benford to IR, and signing John Brown back to the PS.

This is nuts. The ideal Bills starting 11 on defense:

Miller-Jones-Oliver-Rousseau
Milano-Edmunds
White-Johnson-Elam
Hyde-Poyer

We are only in week 12 and the only guys who haven't missed a game are Jones and Johnson. Hyde and Miller are likely gone for the season too. Yikes.

The Bills/we benefitted from relatively good health for 3 seasons (minus Tre's knee) and unfortunately it is all coming back in waves.

I think Miller could return, but that only if he doesn't have surgery and if we make it to the AFC championship game.

And sadly, the old adage of "next man up" remains true even for our Bills.

Re: NFL Off Topic

Is the depth/backups at key spots not good enough?

Good enough for what? To make the playoffs, almost certainly. To win the East? Possibly. To win a shootout with Miami, Cincy, or KC? Not unless Allen carries the team like he did in January.
