Re: Who's your darkhorse team this year?

AFC: Browns

If Weeden and Richardson are "as advertised" and the young DL continue to develop, they may be a surprise

NFC: Bucs

Last year's Josh Freeman was an aberration and incoming HC, Shiano has been "no nonsense" with the team from the jump...they could contend esp. if the Saints are in disarray...

I also think the transition to Pro Football will be smoother than usual from incoming rookies, Luck and RGIII...Colts and 'Skins should be fun to watch...

Bills?

I HOPE they contend for the wild card, but in addition to a potentially disruptive D, they're also fielding the usual patch work OL, and have had an injury problem year after year...Fitzpatrick is also a question mark...

I will "Bill-eve" for as long as humanly possible, knowing full well that eventually the team will break my NFL heart...as they so often have and (just may) continue to do!

Still the worst division in the NFC, the North, East, and South are just so highly competitive.

AFC - Bills, Titans, or Dolphins.
NFC - Buc's or Cardinals (Unstable at QB, but overall some real good talent)
Hell, all the Seahawks have to really do is go 9-7 and they make the playoffs lol.

It seems a lot of teams improved. Someone's team is gonna have to be down. Whose gonna be this year's Eagles, falling far below expectations?

I'll say Bills. They've got some good young talent. And they could make some noise in that division.

Edit: I also think the Browns could surprise some folks. They're not a playoff team, but they won't be wretched either.

NFC: Rams if the Oline can gel
AFC: Chiefs if Charles is healthy.

As a Broncos fan I hate to say this but I have to say the Chiefs.

Charles is back healthy and if Cassell can't just play smart they will be dangerous.

I want to say the Chiefs in the AFC but that'd be a homer pick lol...honestly believe they'll be a AFC darkhorse though, they'll constantly be overlooked and our D is gonna be flat out nasty.

So I'll go with...

AFC - Titans
NFC - Buccaneers
