After watching the SAME EXACT strategy fail.

To his credit, he did drill the 52 yarder, but they couldn't line up in time for some reason. Like a bunch of high-schoolers.

What exactly were the refs doing taking away a first down and wasting almost 10 seconds that the Rams could have used?
