Plax provides a big target in the red zone and on third down. I only see Hoyer getting into the game if Batch gets hurt, as he was just signed today. Heath Miller was the emergency QB against Kansas City.

i just question Batch's ability to get Plax the ball is all

He's not jumping Taylor who has a similar skill set and more experience in the system. The Steelers just signed a QB to possibly start in two weeks. Guess he left with a bad taste in his mouth.

Dixon was cut back in like March, we didn't even have him in Training Camp. We had Jerrod Johnson (who was awful).

If the Steelers run the damn ball instead of trying to make Batch do the same thing Ben does and Batch takes care of the ball, the Steelers should win this game. The defense is playing lights out, as long as they contain Richardson, I don't see any of those receivers beating us too bad. Regardless, this is going to be close and not very high scoring.

PIT - 13
CLE - 6

That china doll Stiffwich couldn't even last one game behind that line. Next man up is Batch, and although i like him more, he might not last the next few weeks.

I hope Hoyer gets ready soon.

Yeah, I agree. Just seemed strange that when they needed to sign someone else his name wasn't mentioned. Especially since Batch is no spring chicken himself. I'm sure he's still capable but I could see him getting hurt too.

I'm pulling for Cleveland to win. However, I think Pittsburgh will win.

Go Browns. Help make the wildcard race interesting.

No Brown or Cotchery for the Steelers, receiving corps of Emmanuel Sanders, Mike Wallace, David Gilreath and Plaxico Burress.

With Charlie Batch throwing the passes.

Ugh.
