Smith may not be great, but who is better? Barkley was bad this year. Glennon is nothing special. Logan Thomas is overrated. Bray has bust written all over him. This QB class could end up being terrible.

Not saying these guys are franchise QB's but I could see Smith, Nassib, Glennon.. maybe Tyler Wilson starting at some point in 2013. These league is a passing league and with the new salary cap teams are giving rookies more and more opportunities to earn there spot and start.

I'd say its a surefire bet whoever KC takes will end up being the starter, which will probably be Smith.

As for trading Smith or Flynn, I highly, highly doubt any team says I'm going to trade for either of these guys. Flynn was just available in free agency last year, and Smith is okay, but nothing special, and not exactly a young guy.

What I take from this QB class, is teams will take QB's late in the 1st/2nd round to groom. A lot of these QB's will benefit from being groomed, and could very well end up being successful given some time. Landry Jones and Barkley are probably the two guys at the top of that list.

I don't think there are hands down starters, but I am willing to bet at least one Aaron Rodgers type player comes out. Tyler Wilson, Arron Murray*, Tyler Bray*, Ryan Nassib, and Mike Glennon could all be starter down the road. Heck maybe Jordan Rodgers becomes the next Tom Brady.

I could see the Chiefs trading out of the top spot to stockpile some picks with the hopes of grabbing one of the QB's later in the first and getting an additional pick.

Had Tyler Wilson came out last year, he'd be the starting QB in Miami this year. I'm not sure where he will end up now. His mechanics regressed after losing CBP.

who is going to trade with them? there is no true top 5 talent in this draft.

Yea, I agree, but if someone wants someone bad enough I could see it happening.

I just would find it a travesty for the Chiefs if they took a QB with the first pick.
