Johnson said Elam's about to learn what "old man" strength is. Flacco basically said that was the worst thing Elam could do. And the Ravens spent practice picking on him to try to get him ready.

So Houston and Slay are doubtful. That would give us Mathis, Green, Greenwood, and Bentley for corners if they're out.

Game was already big, but it got even bigger with today's results. Winner keeps their playoff spot.

Schwartz cannot possibly survive if they manage to blow this. The division has been giftwrapped all season for the Lions, and yet they're (technically) in 2nd place right now.

There are still deficiencies, but the roster can no longer be blamed if they fail. Being a mentally weak, meatheaded neanderthal team comes from the head coach. If they bungle this, the entire staff has to be swept out.

Unfortunately so many of the fans still cling to Schwartz because they're not 0-16 or 2-14 anymore.

(I fully expect a loss tomorrow, FWIW.)

I'm with you on everything but the bottom. I feel more like Bum in that we'll win and suck against the Giants in some stupid fashion.

And this is why the Lions need to draft a corner in the first round next April.

Anyways, it's gonna be a fun game. Calvin's gonna go ham

Going to be tough. The Lion pass rush. I hope Joe gets time.
