When you're a 6'4" or 6'5" QB, you shouldn't have half of your passes batted at the line. EJ's gotta start going through actual progressions.

And yes, I know it's ridiculously early to already be complaining lol.

Re: 2014 Training Camp/Preseason Thread

Just some impressions from the first quarter of Bills/Giants.

- Bills Defense looks promising. Like the addition of Brandon Spikes. Kyle Williams still has a high motor, and alongside Mario and Dareus that D-line should cause some problems this year. Shame they lost Alonso.

- Doesn't seem like EJ Manuel has that timing down with his receivers yet, they tried to force a few to Watkins. Two on quick cutting in routes which were batted down, and one on the Nine route, overthrown but good coverage by Amukamara. I think trading Stevie Johnson sets 'em back in the receiver corps a bit... but they have the rest of pre-season to get some timing down.

- I worry for the Giants O-line. Lost Diehl, Snee, and Baas. Already confusion on the Left side of the line on a simple T-E Stunt that led to a sack fumble. Oh and did I mention there was Holding on the opposite side of the line, unrelated to the play?

If Mike Williams stays out of trouble, I think their receiving corps has upgraded a good amount from last year honestly.

Good to see Eli getting the ball out quicker. Also good to see them not rushing to snap the ball with 2 seconds on the play clock. Long way to go for this offense.
