Week 1: New Orleans Saints (0-0) at Atlanta Falcons (0-0)

Jimothy Graham returns to the scene of his egregious goal post-tilting crime and the Atlanta Falcons, who have a record of 3-13 against the Saints since 2006, hope that they can rise up and not have their season derailed after Week 1 for the second year in a row.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

On paper, the Saints have more talent and have won four out of the last five in Atlanta.

If Atlanta loses this game they'll be staring at 0-2 in the face, and their season might go down the toilet once again.

I think the Saints win another close, tight game.

I gotta go Saints in this one by virtue of Drew Brees, Jimmy Graham, rusty Atlanta WR's and a now-experienced Khiry Robinson.

Really good article about the rivalry.

I'm from Baton Rouge, and been to my fair share of Saints games and CAN NOT wait until this game starts. Don't mind the Robert Quinn fandom I have on, he's just my favorite player in the league.. yes, it's not Brees or Graham. lol

With all the talk about the Broncos, Seahawks, and Packers this year.. the Saints will be something to behold if they stay healthy. Top 5 O AND D no problem.. one or the other could be better than top 5 as well.

Saints are loaded on O (and D) this year and Ingram is looking healthy as can be and hungry. 2nd year now under our new zone-blocking scheme, which Ingram will shine in, in my opinion. Oh yeah, and for the Falcon fans, meet Brandin Cooks.. that's going to be an interesting one with Cooks and Graham on the field at once. Kenny Stills might be out for a few games due to his quad, but Joe Morgan is primed for some good play, after a pretty good pre-season and training camp. Healthy Marques Colston as well, finally. Our O-line should be more solidified this year as well. Terron Armstead is the going to be the real deal at LT, in my opinion.

Hope the Falcon's o-line is ready, because Cameron Jordan and Akiem Hicks haven't eaten yet, and they are hunnngry.

Oh yeah, and arguably the best safety tandem in the NFL, Vaccaro and Byrd, ya heard?!

Oh, and where the hell is our beast of a FB Lorig, I can't wait for that monster to come back. Injury certainly, but I don't think anyone has seen him since he mysteriously disappeared in training camp. lol I think Austin Johnson will get the job done though.

Get ready Falcons... here we come.
