Going to predict Josh McDaniels lands the Bucs HC job. Lots of NE ties in the TB front office. They're probably going to want an offensive minded guy to because of Winston. Could be a good fit.

What a terrible decision by the Bucks but I agree that McDaniels could be a great fit.

Yeah he had one or two HC interviews scheduled and the idea is his continuity with Jameis is more important than Lovie (whose defense hasn't been good anyways)

Lovie is like the walking definition of nice guys finishing last. Shouldn't have been let go here when he was and shouldn't have been let go in TB now. Guess he'll eventually get another shot somewhere?

They gave him one season to turn around a defense that went 2-14 the year before? Y'all know there's more to this than the defense should have been better.

And if they promote the OC, what does that do for the defense?

Edit: smith got two years my bad. Still though.
