Does Jackson get credit for Daltons improvement and how relatively well AJ played or do they just have so many weapons that personnel should get more of the credit for the Bengals offense than Jackson?

No, Andy Dalton improved because of Andy Dalton. If you want to give credit to Hue Jackson for Dalton's improvement in 2015, then you also have to blame Jackson for his regression in 2014. Dalton really took ownership of the team this year and it showed on the field. He became great at changing plays at the line of scrimmage and did at least 3 or 4 that I can remember off the top of my head that became TDs because he changed the call.

Yes we can. Those were some dark years. While the Steelers and Penguins had some success during that time, the Pirates were so bad. You knew before the season even started that they had no shot at coming close to .500.

By the way, here's the video of it. Only a blind Steelers fan like yourself would think he's celebrating the fumble since he had to come all the way back from the endzone to celebrate in the middle of the field while Gio is being attended to.

I guess Pacman saw the rise in NFL moron population over the last few years and decided he needed to do some things to make sure everybody knew who the old school top dog idiot in the league was.
