Obviously the Bengals completely shot themselves in the foot but I'm still trying to figure out how earlier in the game the refs throw the flag for a hit on a defenseless WR when, I believe it was Bryant, catches the ball, takes 2 steps, and Williams hits him in the chest with his shoulder(even when Bryant was lowering his shoulder as well). But Gio catches the ball, takes maybe a step, turns, and gets straight drilled right in the face with crown of Shizers helmet. I mean who was more defenseless and who got hit in the head with the opposing players helmet? That was a huge play. Anyways it just makes me angry that these ****ing refs are so god damn inconsistent on these types of calls. That's all. Rant over lol.

Both calls were blown, like many others in this and every game. It is what it is. The football Gods continue to bail out the bandwagon franchises (Seattle and Pittsburgh) and make the loyal fan bases suffer.

The Bengals would be a bandwagon franchise if they ever started winning...

The only bandwagon fans we have are local people from Ohio anyway. The Bengals will never have bandwagon fans showing up in every state like Pittsburgh, Seattle, and Dallas do.

I don't know...a couple of Super Bowls and little kids all over the country might be...

Bandwagon franchises are never that way until a team starts winning. See Seattle for the most recent example. If the SEAHAWKS can become bandwagon, so can Cincy.

I think people forget how many casual sports fans exist.

Yes, the Bengals would have as many bandwagon fans as Dallas, Pittsburgh, and Seattle if they were as successful as those franchises.

I've actually watched the Bengals in the Super Bowl...and there were plenty of Bengals fans around (and I was in Florida at the time!). The Seachickens were garbage for the majority of their history...it is only recently that all the sudden you see them everywhere. Trust me, that's how it works.
