I've never seen a team get away with more blatant holds on the edges like Dallas does, ever.

On a side note, the quote in your signature Bk, liking it. Keeping that there for future reference I can only assume.

Dak has also had Dez Bryant for pretty much this entire season, whereas Bryant only played about half of last season.

And yes, 99% of the credit goes to the offensive line. As of Nov 11th, only one other QB spent more time in the pocket before throwing than Prescott. Elliot currently leads the league in yards before contact. And yes, while he also leads the league in yards after contact, it's much easier to break an open field tackle against one DB than it is to do it against 2/3 linebackers. This same offensive line allowed Darren McFadden to break 1000 yards last season. (Dallas QBs also threw for almost 4000 yards)

But sure, I will give credit where credit is due. Dak does a really good job managing the game within the system and doesn't make very many bad decisions. (Which is important as a game manager) He's got a supporting cast that many QBs could only dream of, and he's making the most of it.

But talent-wise he's nowhere near MVP level. Talent-wise, he's probably the 3rd or 4th best QB in his division. Of course he's exceeded expectations. He was a 4th round pick who wasn't even supposed to start this year. That's a pretty low bar to clear. However, he's in the bottom half of the league in attempts, yards, and TDs for a reason.

edit: I do believe Zeke would be really good on most teams, but that offensive line deserves a huge amount of credit for the 1,500 yards he's rushed for.

We must be talking about 2 different players.

No doubt, I like him a lot as a player.

Glad we're at the half, that was some fast paced football. Time to breath.

Anquan Boldin quietly becoming one of the best receivers of all time. Moving up that record book.

3.5 yards before contact per attempt is a cushion that is rare.
