(Which is important as a game manager) He's got a supporting cast that many QBs could only dream of, and he's making the most of it. But talent-wise he's nowhere near MVP level. Talent-wise, he's probably the 3rd or 4th best QB in his division. Of course he's exceeded expectations. He was a 4th round pick who wasn't even supposed to start this year. That's a pretty low bar to clear.
