I hope you’re right, if he comes here though I dont think he will be calling plays.

Whoever we hire I hope they fire Amos Jones, awful special teams coach, he can join back up with Arians and the rest of the former Cardinals coaches in Tampa.

Oh theres a F ton of more pressure to win in Cleveland than Minnesota

You're way too caught up in play calling. Most HC call plays these days

From one of local San Diego Radio Stations:

Quote:
A source close to the Mayor's Office told The Dan Sileo Show that the Raiders have contacted the Mayor's Office about playing their 2019 home games in San Diego.

They also said that the Raiders' home game against the Chargers would be played in either Mexico City or London to avoid having the Chargers play in San Diego.

Stay tuned to 97.3 The Fan for all of the updates on this story.

Maybe I’m old school but I don’t want my head coach’s nose buried in a play sheet all game.

Re: 2019 Offseason Thread

BA seemed to have staff all lined up and ready to go. Joining him in Tampa Bay is Todd Bowles as DC, Harold Goodwin as Run Game Coordinator/OLine and Byron Leftwich as Pass Game Coordinator.

Are they paying him a boatload of dough? I’m having trouble seeing what is so appealing about the Tampa Bay job.

Well there have been a few head coaches who've done well when calling the offense or defense. So it can be done.

Anyways a couple things:

1. Regarding Kingsbury I think he's being over-promoted. Yes he's had some great offenses as a HC at the college level but that's about it. I feel like he'd be better suited as an OC in the NFL to start.

2. Arians in Tampa is a compelling job to him mainly due to his friendship with Winston.
