I don’t expect that to work out. I’m underwhelmed by Stefanski’s record. But hey, there’s been other coaches with minimal coaching experience/record and it’s worked out. Doesn’t always need to be proven over a long period. I’d like to see the Browns back as a competitive team.

How much money is Derrick Henry making himself right now? We’ve seen hot playoff runs work out for QB’s (Flacco), wonder how it works out for a RB?

Figured that they would hire Stefanski since he was their top backup and they didn't announce anything prior to game. Even though he did get outcoached, I hope it does work out. Brown's fans deserve better. Hopefully with the chief strategist, GM, and HC having similar vision, that they create more stability. I just hope that them forcing the analytical approach, doesn't backfire. They have too much talent not to succeed. His staff hirings will be important. They need someone to continue to develop Baker and coordinators who will hold players more accountable and disciplined. If they can improve that OL and players being more disciplined, no reason they can't be a playoff team.

As for Josh McD, I think he ends up just waiting for Pats job to open up. I don't think there will be teams willing to give him the Belichick level say. Hopefully guys like Salah and Bieniemy gets a fair chance next year
