Re: Week 18 Discussion Thread

I maintain that Strahan's final sack was actually a TFL and shouldn't count. Considering that Watt did it in 15 appearances, I'm comfortable saying he holds the record alone.

Re: Week 18 Discussion Thread

I get the idea that Roethlisberger's last game in Pittsburgh was a big moment, but the finality of that feels lessened by him playing like this today

What happens if Jacksonville wins, again?

I hope we do have Jags and Steelers win. That would make tonight's SNF matchup so much fun because you really dont know how things will play out, or any possible collusion.

I kind of really want to see this happen as well.

I'm sure both teams will go all out, but if it comes to the end of regulation or overtime and a team trailing by one point after a TD has a choice to kick the extra point or go for two, you know they are choosing the former (no collusion necessary).

Re: Week 18 Discussion Thread

Field goals aren't going to do it today. This offense, woof. Najee being out hurts, but Ben hasn't been sharp.

Looking forward to Jacksonville beating Indy and Steelers laying an egg.

I'm waiting till the end of the day to compile the numbers and see how this season compares to the previous few for fourth down attempts. I'm ecstatic as ever to see teams going for it more, but the past several weeks have seen some poor failed attempts.
