Only Jason Kelce came off Covid Protocols for Eagles and they elevated 10-12 players from Practice Squad, so it'll look like a 4th Preseason game for the Eagles. Kelce likely will just get a snap or two to preserve his consecutive start streak, but that's it. Don't expect Hurts. Only starter I'm curious about is Smith because he's under 40 yards from breaking Eagles rookie WR yards record.
