Would be funny if after all this, they STILL cant get deal for arena in Phoenix and still have to move. I said it before, I don't even care if they move to Canada. Go to Portland, KC, anywhere, just get them out if they're not gonna be drawing fans. If the Phoenix move would lead to 16,000+ fans a night then great, but if not, for the sake of the league, stop wasting the leagues time and money.

Not related to Coyotes moving, but they could be in trouble with the NHL over illegal draft prospect testing.

Teams aren't allowed to have physical testing of draft prospects before the combine.

Up to 250k fine per violation. And Coyotes could have around 20 violations.

Someone mentioned Vegas being the team the NHL wanted the Coyotes to be and how they serve the same southwest market more successfully. I wonder if the NHL will finally admit defeat and send ‘em back to QC with that cover.
