Maybe so, I just remember him being in Manquillo's hip pocket on that play. He needs to be more aware than that. Runner came in to the open space he was given due to bad spacing on Skrtel's part.

The hell of it is, I was looking at Skrtel's defensive numbers from last year and they were all really good. Those boneheaded decisions really cost us last year, but other than that he was steady.

A good breakdown of that play at the bottom of the page. I was wondering what the heck Johnson was doing there. Stevie G was asleep too.
Overall, all I ever see Glen do nowadays is the occasional shot attempt from 45 yards out then ends up in the 15th row.

A few sources are reporting that we are sending Jordon Ibe on loan to Bolton for the season. He had an impressive pre-season and regular games is just what he needs.
