Yes, but you cannot be drawn in the same group with a team from the same country. So for example if Munich are drawn then Schalke's and Dortmund's balls would be removed from the bowls.

how does this work exactly? not the drawing but placing the teams in the pots? wondering why Dortmund are in pot 3 and Arsenal in pot 1 with the powerhouses

UEFA will want to help Man U since they have such a "tough start" to the EPL season.

Man U, CSKA Moscow, Olympiakos, Austria Vienna seems about right.
