North Texas is RTA. I only have 1 guy left on my board and it really isn't a big deal if I don't get him. Western Michigan has closed the gap a good deal, but Harley has given a soft commit to North Texas. I'll still go week to week on recruiting him.

It looks like most teams have reached their limit on recruits. I won't use all 20 slots this season, at most I'll use 19. Teams left that still have eligible scholarships are Wake Forest, using 14 of their 17 and Western Michigan with 8 of their 17.
