I've been in dynasties where I joined several seasons in and am still getting points for new coaches. Sometimes this doesn't happen.

When I joined, I used the current HC (Rich Rodriguez) and was at level 20.

I use all 20 upgrades on recruiting, I honestly don't believe the in-game bonuses have any affect at all on the game, have thought that since the beginning. If you want to have a contending team, don't use the bonuses in-game, recruit your way to the top. That's been my philosophy since day 1.

I prefer to not start fresh any time soon.. I've enjoyed building (and rebuilding) this team in my short stay here.

It worked when I used an existing coach im at level 20 now, however I dont think I will get coach points, as my job security still says 0. I will go on record and say I am fine with that. It may it more challenging.

Also, I do not want to start over. I like where I have built Texas State up too. For users that want a challenge again there are still plenty of teams to build up. Also, there are a lot of rebuilding projects. Ex. FL State and Fl are both two star schools right now.

I think we target a lot of players from Florida. I am seeing the same issue in the state of Texas. 3 user teams with Texas and Texas a&m and Baylor. The CPU teams do get a bit watered down. I am surprised that ga state is getting points.

Its all good with no resets. Believe me when i say i understand wanting to use what you already built. If i changle schools to experience a rebuild, i will be lookinh for the absolute biggest train wreck with little hope. Remote. Bad pipe line. Poor skill. Thats what i will be looking for if i switch . Thats where i got the idaho flag on my posting persona. I never went to idaho or have any affiliation... expdct for ncaa dynasty purposes. Lol. I picked the team long ago and created a coach. It ruined the team for hc points. I am tempted to try them again next season. Not sure what level they are. Hopefully still a 1. If not

So about this off-season...

Got stuck at work for a long time. Was trying to fix Buffalo to get him from level 0 to level 20.

Preseason is up. We will adv tomorrow at 10 pm CST or sooner if everyone is ready. Trying to get schedules straight.

Buffalo might switch teams after adv if this next attempt doesnt work.

Next season, I'm changing the starting week of conference games to week 4. I would like to give UTSA some more different teams to play. Pac 12 games start week 1 for him.

We will see if the bowl games give better matchups.
