I'm not sure about players, but if you retire coaches who are already existing, they will stay with the team. However, if you create a coach and then retire, he will be gone. I haven't tried this...

That's true. Like you said, a lot of that has to do with overpowered QB's coming out of the draft too. That, and the accuracy is relatively cheap to upgrade for some reason. Which could also tie...

I believe it's the 1st one I've seen as well. This guy should be a beast with his SPEC CTH starting at 89 and insane RAC ability as well.
