Well if the PG plays well without you controlling, then yes you would still be in the MVP race.

Yes, they count if you start the game and then sim to end as well. Instead of simming from the calendar if you start the game/sim to end that also helps with getting the shoe deal/etc quicker since...

It may be different for others, but I started at PG and got moved and got moved for the original PG to get on the court.

You can manually set screens, and try to get open if the guard does not cut to the basket. The coach satisfaction is still broken IMO
