but if you think about it there's not much point or there is little reward because after a few seasons teams will be trading and releasing their players so all your hard work would quickly be undone....

dont even bother getting next gen madden. They will basically be starting from scratch, and more features will be stripped and it will take 5+ years to get back to where they are now.
