Not making any excuses but I can't remember the last video game I bought that worked 100% day one. Every single one required multiple patches before everything worked. Some still entirely work...

On Series S I only simmed one season.

Mac Jones finished with 4500 yds, 35 TD's and 11 INT's.
Tom Brady was at 4900 yds, 42 TD's and 6 INT's.

Those are the only two I looked at and both...

Went to play today, time completely expired. I got to play for a grand total of 1 hour and 45 minutes. I filed a ticket with EA we'll see if they ever get back to me.

Same happened to me, made sure I quit the trial completely turned off my Xbox turned it back on and I somehow lost 4 hours.

If you have separate EA Play/GPU accounts you would otherwise its just 10 for whatever system you first download it on.
