I love that we have the G-League back and that players can respond well and improve while in the league, but it's clearly OP with the out of the box settings. Players pretty much always improve...

Definitely, but even if there were a 'hard cap' it would be silly to be less than the luxury tax line.

I'm more concerned about the 'double cap hold' thing, where a player's cap hold is additive...
