This is very true . . . though in real life there is a question as to whether RP are always being really injured at that rate, or if sometimes teams are hiding pitchers on the IL to keep from burning...

The increase in foul ball and difficulty striking out especially the CPU is a good/realistic thing! There were too few foul balls (statistically) in 23, and the CPU struck out way too easily.

Understood.

Still something off if it is spitting out Seager with better power vs L than vs R. Even a flat three years, his iso vs R is .245, vs L .231.

So you are not double-weighting the last (2023) seasons in your ratings like is stated in the pinned top post? Seager has 36.4 HR/162 for the last 3 seasons (and Trout 45.1) if the most recent season...

Having a historic seasons option (with editable draft classes)as NBA 2K has would make MLB the Show the best video baseball game ever. Admittedly, I would spend all my time in the 80s & 90s.

Presumably, you could reduce or zero out same ratings (such as endurance) so he will not get used much, then add those ratings back in the next season. It will not keep from being used completely,...

I leave everything on CPU control (never set lineups outside of my teams myself), so yes, that is helpful.

There are utility players that have more secondary positions than can be assigned in the player editor, but that is not a bug.
