You may be experiencing Sim to Normalized Stats? you should check your MyLeague Settings to make sure Sim to Normalized Stats/Minutes are turned off.

Game Speed +2

Offense
3PT Success: +2 User/CPU
Pass Accuracy: +2 User & +5 CPU
Ball Security: +5 CPU

I think you could start with any slider set. Bump up 3PT success to stimulate shorter distance. Lower foul out to 5, and change minutes to 10.

Is there a Defensive 3 in the Key?

Press Triangle to Load Sliders

Quick Route
You will have a choice of the top downloads. You could choose anything that mentions 'Realism', 'Simulation', or 'HOF'....
