Try playing a few games with positioning only. Do not dive in, etc. Just stay in front and let the ai make the mistake. Typically I end up dispossessing the cpu with patience.

It really does scream like a memory issue. Did you check the QVL list for your motherboard and ram sticks for compatibility? Have you tried testing each stick individually to see if one is bad?
