I believe any of your unsigned draft picks go back to their Junior Hockey team and you retain that players rights for 2 years, if you have not signed them by the second year you lose their rights and...

I have got through a whole season and Tyler Sequin went from a 74 to and 81 so I'm not experiencing a lack of... but i haven't really seen any negative comments about progression...

What's even more awesome than teaching new guys the rules of the game, is the fact that more people are showing a genuine interest in the sport... and the best sport imo. And any interest can help...
