I can be sick with a Gold FS on defense, so I sacrificed my Gold WR. That helps me be more balanced anyways...

This build gave me a perfect 18-0 season in Armchair QB's:

B: TE Pete Metzlaars
B: QB Jim Hart

Jim Hart is an awesome bronze QB. That guy was money for me. I manually controlled Lambert to kill the run and own the middle of the field. Randy White started off slow but ended up with something like 15 sacks in the last 9 games I think.

The balance was there. Everything is covered: Offense, Defense, Special teams. There was no glaring weakness and it seemed like I could make my opponents pay no matter what they tried.

Chris Warren fits that scheme perfectly. He can just grind out games for you.

Dwight Clark is just ridiculous. He is such a deep threat even though he lacks the ability.

Randy White was vital to the team's success. He is the game's best interior disruptor and on pass downs he was the linchpin.

Lambert is a one-of-a-kind ILB with block shedding abilities that are out of this world. This means outside of a double team or a pancake, he is in the thick of every run play, and usually blowing up run plays in the backfield.

Notice both DB's aren't flashy ball hawks. They are guys with Wrap-up tackle. They just make sure not to give up the big one.

That was this defense's M.O. - "bend but don't break" Stuff the run and let Randy White sack the QB on 3rd down.

I can attribute at least a handful of games won single-handedly by a 50 yard field goal. Who says kickers are a waste of a pick?!

This team will probably be considered the best team I ever assembled. Not what you'd maybe imagine, but the proof is in the record.
