He doesn't need to, but with the booking in WWE, you know they'll make him regardless, so might as well improve him any way possible.

He has gotten better but the language barrier is still a legitimate concern for Shinsuke.

He'll be over with diehard wrestling fans (smarks, IWC, etc.) but he'll need to improve with his English speaking to draw in the casual fan.
