I too have had the CPU reverse finishers but they are extremely rare and they shouldn't be so rare especially if I have the A.I Finisher reversal slider Maxed out.

I have played over 40 one on one matches and have only seen the CPU reverse my finisher about 4 times out of over 50 finisher attempts.

No more than 3 top rope moves counting all the matches and Ricochet has never done his main finisher, only his Codebreaker.

Take off the codebreaker off of Ricochet and add his top rope finisher twice. Then he will do it. Put the code breaker as his signature

Sure, this will help Ricochet for sure.
But how to make a Luchador/High Flyer fighting like the way he should instead of fighting like a heavyweight brawler?

Do they all have springboard moves added to them in their movesets? I can't check right now. I'm at work.

Yes, they all have springboard moves. Or outside dive/suicide dive.
The CPU just don't use them at all.
