The animations of garcias arm movement and ortiz's swing look so friggin life-like, amazing!

Great video!

Ortiz's follow through on the homerun was wonderful! As was the Jumbotron cut and the high-five to the base coach rounding third.

Nice work Philliesfan.

I can't get over the arm whip, it looks so great! I also noticed that the pitch display with confidence and energy wasn't on there either...I thought we couldn't take that off the screen...

BEAUTIFUL! Love seeing that in real life and that looked just like it! Papi signature no doubter home run swing. And the 8-0 lead the sox had.. Perfect. The animations look 100 times better this year.

This is the greatest thing I've ever seen in a baseball video game.. Floored. Amazing job SCEA.

Man, that just makes me want to have no on-screen prompts even more. Nice video!

Oh you didn't know? That's a new feature this year. The song plays in the background the entire time you are playing the game and no you can't turn it off.

8-0 Red Sox????

# 11 ckarlic @ 02/28/12 09:00 PM
As a Yankees fan it pains me to say this but Ortiz's HR looked sweet.

Dat score

Beautiful video though

That Ortiz homer was BADASS! Loved the Papi thing on the scoreboard.

What is that batting view? It looks zoomed in and wide at the same time...yet the pitcher is far enough away that reading the pitch was amazing.

Am I imagining things, because it looked different to me than the other videos you've done so far?

# 15 jmik58 @ 02/28/12 09:25 PM
Must be the way the camera was being held... either way, I'm really digging the new default batting camera. I can't wait to play around with some of the other views to see if they've been adjusted slightly as well.

I expect that there won't be any jumbotron vids for created/generated players...That gives me an idea for the '13 wishlist.

When you watch the replay after the homerun, it looks like you're watching a real game on MLB network. lol
Great job again Phillsfan13!

So there's personalized junmbotron celebrations!

Are these confined to the players' real-life parks or will they flash at any park if the players are traded?

# 19 Doran @ 02/28/12 09:44 PM
I love the realism!

It really DOES take Ortiz that long to round the bases!

# 20 JoeRyan33 @ 02/28/12 09:47 PM
The swing from Ortiz and follow through looked so good, much more fluid than in years past. Really looking forward to Tuesday.
