Guys idk why your already seeing highscoring games?
I was almost SHUTOUT last night on All default AP!!(didn't touch any settings in MM).
I noticed my Main Menu Gamespeed was Normal but my Franchise Settings show it set to Slow, so maybe I did change that in the MM.

My 1st 2 preseason games,
My Skins 20 @ Falcons 15(defensive battle) a few too many turnovers(5 vs cpu 3)

My Skins 7 vs Jets 12 CRAZY Defensive game! (Even blocked my 1st FG!) Still only to lose due to turnovers!
This game had turnovers, turnovers, and some more turnovers!(8 vs cpu 5)

So alot of defense being played for sure! Sloppy play on my part, learning real quick to NOT throw into double coverage!

I've also been providing the CPU with a Custom PB(Team Gameplan PB)
Just for fun last night I gave the Jets the Run and Shoot PB and they were running draws and screens on 3rd and 2nd and longs.
This is a BIG game changer for anyone playing vs CPU!

Kind of funny how you're already making adjustments and you haven't even played the game yet. I know watching videos will show you a lot, but playing it will give you a better feel for sure. I do think we learned a lot from '16.

* On a side note, my observations were from ALL DEFAULT including default penalties. I did try to change a few (QB Acc, Tacking, Int) and it drastically changed the gameplay...and not in a good way.

Other than game speed, was this on all Default settings (including penalties)?

you have to be doing something different? my games, as josh has seen have been score fests.
