Before today, Madden 24 did not offer cross-play support for Franchise mode. That is no longer the case.

Thanks. I thought this was the case. I don't play online so I never really focused on that.

The answer is beyond obvious...
Tell me the answer then. Will dropping fatigue affect the way the other sliders in the game play? Only defense really seems to be affected by the fatigue, so now we’re really just dropping fatigue for one side of the ball. I know sometimes things can be a little more complicated than what is “beyond obvious”.

They were trying to nerf a competitive MUT strategy where they just blitz nickle corners to stop the run.


Unfortunately the 'update' is leading to fatigue issues for LBs and DBs. I guess if the player has power rush or finesse rush below 70 and gets blocked by the lineman they will get a massive fatigue penalty.


Has no grounding in reality but I see what they were trying to accomplish with the MUT pros, this video pretty much sums it up.


Funny that it doesn't even work though, because all the pro players have to do now is get in a heavy formation and run hurry up to fatigue the whole secondary out of the game by the end of the drive.

Any update on the Wild Card Live Start and when we can expect it? I was hoping since it was Thursday and that's when they do roster updates and the Live Start updates that we would have heard by now.

FWIW there’s no point on testing to figure out fatigue if they said it’s not working as intended. It’s a shame bc this game was playing so well before they changed this system (to once again cater to online players only).

To the shelf this game goes until the next patch. Hopefully they don’t break anything else in the process so I can finally turn off automatic updates or whatever the setting is.

So frustrating.

Yeah, I just started playing another game while I wait for the problem to be fixed. Hopefully they don’t break something else while trying to fix this lol

The Beta AI ball carrier effort is back which I loved
The Beta Acceleration is back, which I loved

I love the non-engage DL Rush adjustment, makes line play more organic with less delays applied to the DL

EA never just adjust a single gameplay component, so there’s guaranteed to be other gameplay impacts when the do release an adjustment to Def Fatigue impacts.

You can play the fools role and wait/trust their tinkering.

Gameplay is at a good place for me, so I’ll disconnect, go Offline & just edit starters/2nd String LB/DB’s FMV to above he Fatigue triggering threshold “70”

I’ll also test to see if any of the Stamina/Energy SS Abilities will impact any Fatigue penalty impact
- if it does, it finally gives those Abilities an tangible in-game functionality
