The NBA 2K11 demo is available now for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.

You can only play as the Lakers, can't play as the Celtics
4 minute demo
Can't run plays
LT+RT to post up
No replay

I'm loving I can stick with default controls... if i don't do a perfect semi circle my guy won't go off in crazy directions when I was trying to do a spin or something like in 2k10. Movement is alot smoother.

I'm pretty sure it's LT + RT together to post up this year, and you can do it anywhere on the court, not just in the post

just noticed LT puts you in the defensive stance. Great to have that back, should make playing defence more enjoyable.

Kobe is just so sick to play with. I got a highlight vid coming up. You can pretty much pumpfake and drive at this "PRO" level so take that into consideration.

CPu Teammate Ron Artest fronting a post entry pass.. TURNOVER

The Ability to switch who you are on defense gives me the ability to get big time blocks with my bigs.

Lakers Organ has that "clumy/error" song that they play on turnovers/fouls...

Definitely not 2k9 or 2k10. Its got an old 2k "feel" to it. I love the responsiveness and weight for the players. This is going to be a great game.

WOW! is all i can say!! it took some getting used to with the controls...i watched that controls trailer many times and once i get a chance to try them out total BRAIN FART...

playing defense may take a bit to learn since momentum can take you out of a play...

ATMOSPHERE! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! NOW MORE THAN EVER IM CONFIDENT THEY HAVE MSG RIGTH! i cant believe its just a demo..

what i DONT like...i cant switch teams...i want to play as Boston to...

Every time there's a defensive switch or mix-up...you here the players yell, "Who got ball, who got ball?!!" I love it already.

oh yeah for those who are wondering the game is running at 60 fps!! its exactly like the gamescom vids!!

OMG!!! Ive always been able to download demos when I have cancelled my gold subscription. Now apparantly this demo is gold exclusive. :O Time to get out the credit card i think

How do you get the demo? I have a 360, and don't see it anywhere. I clicked on the link on the first page, and still nothing. Somebody help ya boy out.
