I really thought we'd see some videos from various internet sites by today. The strongest support of this game comes from those who grace forums like OS, and I just thought they'd at least pay a complment to such places and allow some gameplay footage.

Well the good news is that if the game's finished now, anything we get from them should be the final version.

I don't think so at all. In fact, the buzz on the boards for this game won't start peaking until the 2 or 3 weeks leading up to its release.

The MLB 2K7 boards at 2ksports.com didn't start crawling with new comers until about anywhere from 2-4 weeks before the game was supposed to release. Even IGN didn't really release any actual press/preview of the game until less than a month before release.

With that being said, as of today we're 3 weeks from the release date. 3 weeks is plently of time to put together a quick, but effective marketing scheme.

Now, it's probably not as effective of pumping info for several months prior and hooking your fans early, but it would still be effective.

That didn't have much hype, neither..so i'm doubting it at the same time.

Why does everything have to be at the end of week with APF ... getting rediculous, if they could at least bring football friday's back then I would be happy but right now it feels like they are waiting until their last hour at the 2k offices to release something

In terms of importance, isn't APF far more important than The BIGS? It seems to me that because we all know the obvious (this is 2K's return to football), this game should be getting out there.
